Tena McGill has over 30 years of experience in the multi-family property management industry. During her tenure at one of the largest privately-held multifamily management companies in the country, she was responsible for the on-site operations of up to 10,000 units and was an integral part of tripling the unit count of the company. Mrs. McGill’s experience encompasses all class types including new construction lease ups, low income housing, bond financed properties, rehabs and traditional multi-family management for owner managed, fee managed and a variety of investment group settings. Tena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Peabody College of Vanderbilt.
